Upper Dolpo Trek

The Dolpo region is a very isolated area which has been strictly off-limits until only recently, so the traditions and way of life have remained intact. Dolpo had remained a restricted zone for foreign trekkers until a few years back. With the decision of the Nepal government to open this area for trekking this once elusive area has become a hotspot for trekkers visiting Nepal. Dolpo has retained most of its traditions and cultures. Time seems to stand still for people living in this area.

Day 01: Arrival In Kathmandu
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Day 03: Kathmandu-Nepalgunj (flight)
Day 04: Nepalgunj-Juphal (flight) and trek to Dunai
Day 05: Dunai-Lingdo
Day 06: Lingdo-Laina Odhar
Day 07: Laina Odhar-Nawarpani
Day 08: Nawarpani-Sisaul
Day 09: Sisaul-Dho Tarap
Day 10: Dho Tarap-Numala Base Camp
Day 11: Numala Base Camp- Danigar
Day 12: Danigar-Yakkharka
Day 13: Yakharka-Ringmo / Phoksundo Lake
Day 14: Phoksondo lake –Chekpa
Day 15: Chepka-Juphal
Day 16: Juphal-Nepalgunj-Kathmandu (flight) and transfer to Bhaktapur
