Notice for clients : Please go through the text below before booking any tours.

Terms and Conditions with Travel Corporation Nepal Pvt Ltd
This Terms and Conditions contain most Important Information’s and legal Issues of all Tours organized by us. The Booking Conditions constitute a binding contract between
Travel Corporation Nepal Pvt Ltd
(hereinafter called TCN in Short Form) and clients.
As the legal signee, for the services provided by us. When you book a Tour with us and send Payment, it is clearly understood that you have read all terms and condition very clearly and you have understood it.

1. Bookings:
With Travel Corporation Nepal Pvt Ltd you can Book full organised Holidays or you can Book your Flight, Accommodation only, or you can make Local Transport arrangements as per our emails. It should be confirmed by the both sides by email or by other means of written communication.

2. Payments:
2.1 For all Booking through us or through Agents in Abroad: After confirmation of Itineraries and Tour, TCN issue Invoice &TCN send you officially with Bank Details for transferring Money.
Currency for the Payment will be used in USD, until and unless it is not stated in our agreement.

Following Policies will be applied.

  • 60 days Before Tour Starts : 50 % of the Agreed Tour Cost for Confirmation of the Tour
  • 15 days before Tour Starts : 100% of the Rest Amount should be transferred.
  • Failing to do so , TCN cannot guarantee the all services as per written Agreement.
  • Bank Charges for the transaction will be beard by the : 2nd Party while transferring Money.
2.2 For usual & Last Minute Booking: TCN reserve the Rights of its confirmation. If mentioned Hotels and Lodges or the Flights are not available, TCN reserve the rights to change it in same Standard or higher Quality Hotel and Lodges without any compensation or additional Costs. TCN try to keep the same standard services.
2.3 Full Payment must reach before commencement of the Tour; otherwise company will not be liable to provide the confirmed services.

3. Prices and Validity
TCN will do everything within our control not to adjust the offered prices , but TCN have rights to change the Prices , when high market fluctuations in exchange rates, Increase of fuel costs and other operating costs on which prices are based. Airfares (unless otherwise stated), passport and visa fees (unless otherwise stated), travel insurance, excess baggage charges, airport taxes, gratuities ( TIPPS) to leaders and guides, Staffs like Drivers , extra meals, laundry, drinks, medical expenses, optional activities and trips, and any items of a personal nature are not included in your trip price.
3.1 Supplement Charge:
On our holidays tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with.
3.2 Amendment in Tour Cost: TCN reserve the right to revise pricing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are beyond than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. But, we put our effort to keep on the present rate.

4. Cancellation and Refund Refund Policy
4.1 There will be no refund for incomplete tour for any reason once it starts.
4.2 Risk on unforeseen circumstances:
TCN is directed towards the fulfilment of your every desire as stated in program. In this connection, we try to give you our full services as per our offered Program honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, TCN will not take any responsibility regarding any change & alternations in the itinerary due to the various reasons like unavoidable circumstances, which are beyond of our capacity to influence: such as Land-slides, road blockage, and flood, and snowfall, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delays of arrival, sickness or accidents.
Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots directly. Following cancellation Charges or Policies will be applied.
  • Between 60- 45 days of Tour Starts date : 30% of Tour cost
  • Between 44 - 30 days of Tour Starts date: 50 % of Tour cost
  • Between 29 - 15 days of Tour Starts date : 70 % of Tour Cost
  • Between 14 - 07 days of Tour Starts date : 80 % of Tour Cost
  • Less than 06 days or no Show : 90 %

5. Clients' Responsibility
Clients are responsible to follow the Rules and regulation of the Country instructed by the Government. If fail to do so, Tour Leader / Escort / Guide or Any Representative of the Company reserve the rights to cancel the trip. If clients or Participants of the Tour commit any unlawful act, Participants are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such case.

6. Travel Insurance
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients. We do not have any Travel Insurance facilities for the Tour Participants.

7. Your personal belongings
In any Case TCN will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings like: Camera or Bags or other personal belongings during the whole trip. It could be carried by the Porters and Animals or any means of transport. That means your personal possessions, luggage are at your risk at the times.

8. Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.

9. Data Protection:
9.1 The personal data that you provide to us are electronically recorded, stored, processed, transmitted to the service provider and used to the extent that will not harm the clients. Until and unless you will not notify us, it will not be considered as Violence of personal rights.
9.2 In the future, we would like to inform you about our Tours and send Newsletters. If you do not wish to receive such information, please let us know at our given address.

10. Complains:
If you have any complaint about any of the services during the tour, the client should inform the local tour operators or the tour leader/guide immediately that should put the things right away. If your complain will not solved, then please put up/write in Kathmandu within 10 days of the completion of the tour. We will put our best efforts to solve the problems in your favour.

11. Liability of Company
11.1 TCN will not be responsible or liable for injury, sickness or death which might occur. When you make booking with us you are accepting that there is inherent risk in adventure travel for example risk of altitude sickness as most of our programs involves going to high altitude.
11.2 The company shall not be liable for any loss or damages caused by the total or partial failure to carry out the contract if such failure is: attributable to the passenger; unforeseeable or unavoidable and attributable to the third party unconnected to the Company; or a result of unusual and unforeseen circumstances which is beyond the control of the Company, such as road blocked, general strikes, civil or political unrest, quarantine restrictions, government action.

12. Disputes and Juristic Solution
Company is situated in Kathmandu in Republic of Nepal and if any Disputes, will be handled as per the Nepalese rules and regulation in Nepal.
